CEROCSHOP

Ceroc hosts workshops at weekends nattily called 'Cerocshops', these Cerocshops range from beginner to advanced. The Cerocshop environment is an excellent way of rapidly improving your dancing, with a maximum of 22 people in each workshop there is also a greater opportunity for personal tuition.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly, and there's no need to bring a partner.

These are 4 hour intensive Cerocshops which will help you either learn Ceroc very quickly if you are a beginner, or improve your dancing if you have been Cerocing for a while.

All our Cerocshops are held at weekends and you need to book in advance.

(See below for this information)

Cerocshops are dynamic, intensive weekend workshops designed specifically to fast track new dancers to freestyle standard, giving a solid technical foundation of the basic moves with which you can develop a repertoire of more complex moves.

Cerocshops give you confidence and ability. They consist of a small group of dancers of similar ability who get personal attention from the teacher and their assistant. This leads to a positive, progressive learning environment where improvement is rapid.

Sign up by yourself or with your partner or friends and experience how a Cerocshop can improve your dancing
in just 3 or 4 short hours! Please ensure you arrive before 1:00pm so that you are ready to start on time.

You may wish to bring a snack and enough drinks to keep you energised for the afternoon.
Remember that dance is a form of aerobic exercise so comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended.

YOUR TEACHER - JAIME FROW

Jaime danced from a young age, and took up Ceroc in 1999.  She loved it and took to it like a swan-to-a-lake. She decided that her passion and enthusiasm needed to be channelled and decided to become a teacher, passing her first Ceroc Teaching exams in 2001.  Jaime has taught regularly ever since, with a short break to deliver her children. She has taught regular classes, workshops, weekenders, holidays and even down under for Ceroc Australia.

Jaime has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in her teaching career, and has a fun but nurturing approach to her teaching style.  She is always keen to share her knowledge, and we know you will be in safe hands when you attend any of Jaimes workshops.
