WORKSHOPS
If you want to do any of the following, then workshops are where you need to look;
- Fast track your learning?
- Improve your technique/style?
- Learn moves too difficult to teach in a normal class environment?
- Learn in a smaller group?
- Learn moves styles not usually taught in a regular class.
Workshops are held at the weekend, usually on Sunday afternoons, but are occasionally held on Saturdays.
Numbers are kept to a level appropriate for the workshop. For example a beginners workshop would have a
maximum of 30 people unlike a regular class which quite often have over 100.
Workshops are generally 4 hours long, so there is plenty of time for individual attention and time to go over
the moves in a lot of detail.
Most workshops do not require you to book with a partner. The ones that do are usually the aerials and very
close proximity classes where either safety or comfort can be issues.
BOOKING
Workshops need to be booked in advance so we can ensure an even balance of men to ladies. You
can either book at any CerocMetro venue, collect a booking form at a venue and post it in, apply for a booking form by email, ceroc@hotmail.com or call 07768 005858. You may also be able to download the booking form on line, go to current workshops available.
Below is a brief explanation about the basic workshops, have a look and see if they are for you.
