Thursday nights start at 8:00 sharp, with a beginners, intermediates and more advanced classes, all packed in before 9.30 pm, the start for the freestyle with many highly experienced dancers attending and enjoying the great sounds of fantastic Metro DJs.

There is no Bar. There are soft drinks for sale and you are also able to bring your own drinks into the venue which can save you money.

Parking is good, even when several hundred happy dancers turned up for the opening night.

St Albans is one of the liveliest mid-week venues in the area and well worth a visit for any standard of Cerocer.
