1: CHESHUNT FREESTYLE - THE MELTDOWN - Friday 4th July.
Please feel a bit of independance coming on and you wish to celebrate, come in RED WHITE & BLUE, Stars stripes etc!!
The Meltdown is hugely popular and a great night out.
8.45pm to 12.45am. £8 on the door.
Free car parking. Full bar, large dance floor.

2: WARE FESTIVAL 5TH JULY CerocMetro are taking part in this wekends Ware Festival which is a full day of fun for all the family. Here is a link to the Ware website with more details. We will be performing in the arean at 3.15pm. Please come along and join us. If you can make it, please call 07768 005858 and let us know. 3: EAST BARNET FESTIVAL 5TH JULY 
CerocMetro are taking part in the upcoming East Barnet Festival on Saturday 5th July where well be doing a demonstration in the special Dance Tent so that even if its raining well be dry. We are looking for anybody who on free in the afternoon of 5th July to help us with this demonstration.  Our section is on at 5.30pm but we can meet up earlier to hand out leaflets and practice.   As always its guaranteed to be great fun plus you get a free entry to a freestyle night and there will be refreshments etc too.The Festival takes place in Oak Hill on Park in East Barnet Village.

Apart from our own contribution there loads going on with lots of other events including other forms of dance, a dog show and tons of stalls to look at and buy things from! So, if you're free on the day and would like to help us can you just let us know so that we can put your name down.

4: BISHOPS STORTFORD FIRE AND AMBULANCE STATION
A first for CerocMetro, we are going to be busking at the Fire and Ambulance Station in Bishops Stortford on Sat 26th July from 10am to 3pm. You do not have to pose for any calendars if you don't want to, (just kidding). This is going to be great fun and also a big boost for the local class. 5: VETERANS DAY BISHOPS STORTFORD 
A huge thank you and well done to the Cerocers who danced and performed at the event last week. There will be some photos in the local press. The feedback was fabulous. All those who attended said it was a very social day out and everyone really enjoyed it. WELL DONE!!!
